ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a rebuild/refurbishment service for your Candela laser head. You have to send your faulty laser head and will professionally rebuild it to manufacturer specs.

As soon as we receive your laser head, it will be inspected, broken apart, cleaned and fully rebuilt. If any other cavity part like screws, end plates, manifolds, rod/lamp keepers, lid is broken or faulty it will be replaced at no additional cost.

The full rebuilt includes the following high quality parts:
new quartz triple bore flow tube
new ceramic reflector or barium reflective powder
new o ring seals
new light blocking kit (for Pro series laser heads this is not needed)
Your rebuilt head will be pressure tested for leaks and verified for expected energy throughput. The laser rod should be removed when you ship the laser head and professionally reinstalled when you receive the rebuilt head.

If you hesitate to remove and reinstall the rod, you can ship the laser head with the rod and we will reinstall it at the correct degree angles for achieving the maximum performance.

If your laser rod is damaged or needs refurbishing as well we have a separate service for Alexandrite and Nd-Yag rods.
